Mike Robertson has been helping clients and athletes from all walks of life to achieve their fitness related goals since 1999. He’s lectured across the world, and written for major publications such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness and T-Nation.
His gym, Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training, was named one of America’s Top 10 Gyms by Men’s Health magazine in 2009 and 2010.

Molly Galbraith is a rapidly rising young trainer who is quickly making a name for herself in the fitness industry. It would be natural to assume that implementing a new training style will take more time and energy to coach.
In fact, the opposite is true.
When you have a system, you can give everyone an exercise that is appropriate for him or her.
Instead of coaching and cuing someone until you’re blue in the face, if you can give them an appropriate progression, you’ll actually have to coach them less, and they’ll simultaneously get more out of the exercise. This is especially great for those clients that just never seem to “get it” – you know, the “motor morons.” ;-b
This is a true win-win. You coach less, and they get better results.
